Polish fleet management company (BV DoC certified) is looking for

2nd Officer/Chief Officer

with knowledge of ISM matters onboard vessels for the position of

ISM Specialist

Requirements:

Fluent English
Knowledge of Russian language would be an asset
Basic knowledge of ISM matters onboard vessels

Duties:

Responsibility for Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality system (ISM, ISPS, ISO)
Responsibility for Non-conformities, Accident and Near Accident reporting and handling
Responsibility for HSEQ system performance and effectiveness, scheduled reporting and follow-ups, planning of internal & external audits, inspections, meetings, system renewals, validity of certificates etc.
Taking part in audits onboard vessels
Close cooperation with Managing Director and DPA

Company will provide any necessary training according to ISM requirements.
